Access

CityNorth is easily accessed and exceptionally visible, as there is a half-mile of frontage along the Pima Freeway (Loop 101). More than 250,000 cars pass by the site daily.

The recently completed freeway system allows CityNorth to draw from all four directions more quickly and conveniently than any other site in the Northeast Valley. Nearly 1 million people can reach CityNorth in 25 minutes or less.

The Pima Freeway passes east and west along the entire southern border of the site with two full interchanges (Tatum Boulevard and 56th Street). Deer Valley Drive forms the northern boundary and is the main entry point for the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. The Piestewa Freeway (State Route 51) intersects the Pima Freeway one mile west of CityNorth and serves as a main route to downtown Phoenix.

CityNorth also enjoys superb access to the network of arterial roads serving the region. These roads provide the primary arterial connectors that serve the Northeast Valley.
